Sponsorship Includes Halftime “Smooth Kick of the Game,” Gift Cards for Fans
(APRIL 29, 2026 | PEORIA, IL) – Peoria City season-ticket holders and School of Carp Kids Club members will receive a free blend from Smoothie King and one lucky fan each game will have the chance to win free smoothies for a year, two highlights of the club’s new premium sponsorship with Smoothie King announced Wednesday afternoon.
Sponsoring the halftime “Smooth Kick of the Game,” Smoothie King will offer one fan during each of Peoria City’s 11 home games the opportunity to make a kick from the penalty spot at the south end of the field to the midfield kickoff spot. If the ball comes to rest inside the midfield spot, the lucky participant will win free smoothies for a year and every fan in attendance at the game also will receive a coupon for one free 20-ounce blend. Fans will be entered for their chance to take the “Smooth Kick of the Game” by purchasing a tennis ball for the Halftime Tennis Ball Toss contest ($1 per ball).
As part of the new sponsorship, the Smoothie King logo also appears on the back of Peoria City’s new game-day jerseys and warm-up tops by Aretyn.
In addition to the halftime contest and jersey elements, Smoothie King is providing all season-ticket holders a gift card redeemable for one free 20-ounce blend and all School of Carp Kids Club members a gift card redeemable for one free Kids Blend. The gift cards will be available for pick up at Shea Stadium beginning with Saturday’s CEFCU Friendlies Series game versus Northwestern and all gift cards will be redeemable at the Smoothie King locations at 5117 Holiday Drive near the Shoppes at Grand Prairie in Peoria and 426 Riverside Drive near Lowe’s in East Peoria.
