Peoria City Accepting Ball Chaser Sign Ups

Children Ages 10 and Older May Sign Up to Help at Peoria City Home Games

(APRIL 1, 2025 | PEORIA, IL) – Peoria City’s youthful fans have the opportunity to participate in the club’s game-day experience throughout the 2025 season by signing up to serve as ball chasers, sponsored by Joey Olson – COUNTRY Financial.

Up to 10 boys and girls ages 10 and older will be selected from sign-up registrations to join the ball-chasing crew for each of Peoria City’s 13 remaining USL League Two and WPSL home games. Registration for the Joey Olson – COUNTRY Financial Ball-Chasers is available online by visiting peoriacitysoccer.com/ and selecting the Ball Chasers link from the main menu. These are working positions tasked with assisting the Peoria City and opposing players with returning the game ball to action when knocked out of bounds.

Ball chasers are asked to report to the Joe Olson – COUNTRY Financial table in the Discover Peoria Play Zone 45 minutes prior to the game’s scheduled start time. Each ball chaser will receive a t-shirt to wear during the game and will be escorted to the field with the group. The ball chasers will have a group photo taken each game and will participate in the “International Walk Out” with the players, before moving to their assigned section of the field for the game.

In addition to complimentary admission for the ball chaser, one guardian for each chaser also will be provided complimentary general admission for the game(s) in which the child is working.
