PEORIA, IL – As Peoria City prepares for its fourth year of pre-professional soccer, the front office staff has announced its first team meet-and-greet event of the year, inviting fans to meet front office staff and discuss the upcoming 2025 season Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 6:00 pm at River City Brews partner The Fieldhouse Bar & Grill (1200 W Main Street, Peoria, IL). Following Tuesday’s initial get together, subsequent meet-and-greet events will be announced at a rotation of River City Brews partner establishments.
Peoria City will reveal the first two games in its 2025 men’s team schedule during Tuesday night’s meeting at The Fieldhouse and Tuesday’s event and will serve as an opportunity for fans who have purchased 2025 Peoria City season tickets to pick up their season-ticket loyalty cards. Peoria City staff also will be prepared for in-person season-ticket sales Tuesday night at The Fieldhouse.
The Peoria City men’s team competes in USL League Two and has earned playoff bids in two of the club’s first three seasons, highlighted by a magical run to the 2024 Central Conference championship and national runner-up finish. Last month, Peoria City announced it is expanding its operations to include an expansion team in the Women’s Premier Soccer League, which will begin competition this summer and provide a similar pre-professional playing experience for top women’s soccer talent. Season tickets are on sale now for both the men’s team, the women’s team and in bundled form to include all home games for both the men’s and women’s teams.
