(April 17, 2024 | Peoria, Illinois) – Peoria City and Industry Brewing are pleased to announce a partnership that will enhance pregame tailgates right outside of Shea Stadium.
Industry Brewing, the creators of The 309 Red Lager, the official beer of Peoria City’s supporters group The 309, will be the 2024 presenting sponsor of the Peoria City Tailgate Zone. Located inside the gates near Nebraska Avenue, the Industry Brewing Tailgate Zone will include both general and reserved tailgate parking right outside the Shea Stadium gates, as well as mobile food and beverage vendors and music for fans attending Peoria City games.
“The pre-game tailgate is one of the highlights of match day at Shea Stadium. From the food trucks to fellowship with family and friends, we wanted to build upon that foundation for the 2024 season,” said Matt Sheehan, Vice President of Peoria City. “We’ve listened to the fans and are excited to work towards serving adult beverages, including The 309 Red Lager, to those who want to enjoy responsibly before kickoff.”

You can expect to see the Industry Brewing tent, along with fun giveaways, merchandise items for purchase and more during the tailgating experience.
All Peoria City home games will be played at Bradley University’s Shea Stadium and are scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. Gates to the Industry Brewing Tailgate Zone will open at 4:30 p.m., with food trucks and drinks ready to serve at 5:00 p.m.
