Description: The Peoria City Winter Technical/Skills Training features a highly-focused and individual-guided curriculum. Players will be fully immersed in a technical and skill-development program to hone and enhance their competitive playing level. In addition to traditional technical development areas of concentration – dribbling, passing-and-receiving, first-touch preparation and goalkeeping skills – there will be a special emphasis placed on ball striking and non-dominant foot proficiency.
The fast-paced and dynamic 1-hour training sessions also will provide players a base of physical preparation for their upcoming seasons as they maximize their individual time on the ball. Included in the price is a light menu option of juice, bagels and breakfast bars to go. Players are required to bring their own, fully-inflated and age-appropriate ball to each training session.
